The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submssion of any purchase orders to Alpha Computer, Inc. indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Alpha Computer, Inc. Alpha Computer, Inc. reserves the right to make change to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Alpha Computer, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with the incorrect price. Alpha Computer, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Alpha Computer, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Payment Methods

  1. All sales are COD Cashier's Check, credit, or prepaid unless credit is approved in advance.
  2. Customers are responsible for paying charge caused by returned shipment.
  3. An interest charge of 3% per month will be added to past due accounts, buyer agrees to pay all costs including attorney's fee for collection of delinquent accounts.
  4. A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

RECEIVING

  1. All Claims regarding shortage, damage of product must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise by calling ALPHA RMA DEPARTMENT (818) 725-2808.

RETURNED

  1. Returns without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or sent freight collect will be rejected. A copy of our invoice, serial number, description of the problem on products to be returned must accompany all returns.
  2. ALL RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from data of issued. For Cross shipment, please mail back the defective parts within 7 days to avoid any charges.
  3. Returned merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer. Furthermore, the customer is expected to insure al items being shipped to ALPHA and ALPHA are not responsible for any loss or damage for such returning merchandise.
  4. ALPHA will not process any RMA from the customer for the following condition:
    · Merchandise was not sold directly by ALPHA.
    . Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options or parts done by anyone other then ALPHA authorized service center.
    .     The serial number of items (if any) is different from the record on the original invoice.
    · Any merchandise is returned without a RMA number and purchase (Invoice).

Shipping Policy

Ground Shipping: Estimated Shipping 3 to 7 Business Days

Choosing Next Day Air or Second-Day Air does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online.

You will receive your order 1-2 days after the Product Availability? time listed for the product you selected.  The Product Availability? time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested.

You will be charged the cost of shipping for any shipment that is refused.  Alpha Computer Inc does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Box.  All Shipments are subject to stock availability.  Orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address.

All returns from Alpha Computer, Inc. must be sent to the following address:

All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.


CREDIT/REFUND

  1. D. O. A. claim must be made within first 7 days from invoice date.
  2. Full refund within first 7 days from invoice date.
  3. A 15% restocking fee will be charged within 8 to 14 days for ALL returns.
  4. No refund after 14 days on complete system or individual parts sold.
  5. No refund or exchange on all physical damaged items.
  6. Items returned for refund must be packed in original conditions and package with all accessories accompanied by an original invoice.
  7. Absolutely no cash refund.
  8. ALPHA will hold up any refund purchase by "check" until check cleared by the bank before any refund can be done.
  9. Service charge is a labor fee and therefore is not refundable.
  10. No refund on printers, software, shipping charge, surcharge, handling charge, labor fee or special order items.

WARRANTY

  1. All complete systems carry One-Year Parts & Labor Warranty. NO ON-SITE SERVICE.
  2. All individual parts & Barebones carry One-Year Parts Warranty except CPU, monitors carry 30 days and retail box products carry 7 days. All Retail Box Processors & Printers are warranted by Manufacturer ONLY. NO LABOR & ON-SITE SERVICE.
  3. ALPHA is not responsible for any hardware or software incompatibilities or conflicts.
  4. Warranty will be voided for all physical damaged items.
  5. All special order items are warranted by manufacturer ONLY. ALPHA is not responsible for all special order items.
  6. The warranty does not cover any misuse, abuse or any modification to ALPHA products by any person not authorized by ALPHA.
  7. All complete systems will be carry in service only unless specified. Customers must be pre-paid freight charge (both ways) if by shipping.
  8. Any out of warranty product repair will be subject to current service charge.
  9. Any repair or exchange under the warranty period will be warranted under the same terms and conditions from the original date of invoice. No extended warranty will be applied.

SOFTWARE SALES

  1. All software sales are final. There is no refund or exchange for any software purchased.

TAX

  1. Alll resellers in the state of California should have a valid Resale Number before products are shipped out. Otherwise, sales tax will be applied.
  2. No tax will be charged for out of states if ship FOB from ALPHA to any states other California.
